Arches, Light, and Dark by Cheryl Johnson

Artist: Cheryl Johnson
Title: Arches, Light, and Dark
Material: Ink on Paper

About the artwork: "There was always more in the world than man could see, walked they ever so slowly; they will see it no better for going fast." -John Ruskin.
I'm trying to see things better, and more slowly. Taking out pen and paper, instead of a camera, helps with that. So does walking among the rock formations in southern Utah: Everywhere you turn you see millions of years.

About the artist: Cheryl Johnson is an illustrator and animator based in Salt Lake City, UT.
